The Peanut Shop of Williamsburg Spicy Peanuts, Hot Southern Nuts, Jalapeno, 40-Ounce Tins (Pack of 2)

I found out about these because of a bargain-basement Gold Box special, but almost didn't order them because of the bad reviews. I just got them, opened them, and have NO idea what the bad reviews are talking about. Plump, crunchy, tasty, and just hot enough. Oh, and the cans were separate, wrapped in plastic, not stuck together. I'm really happy to have gotten these yummy, spicy babies for a couple of bucks a pound - I only wish I'd ordered more while the price was so low. I love you, amazon reviewers. But sometimes, like peanuts, you should be taken with a grain of salt.

These peanuts arrived today. I purchased them on a Gold Box deal. They are absolutely delicious...very crunchy and just enough spice to make them interesting. I've bought the plain peanuts from The Peanut Shop and they are great also.

Incidentally, they are VERY fresh!

Nothing wrong with these nuts, why would you give anyone peanut as a gift? Come on thats funny. "Hey what did you get for the holidays" "hot and spicy peanut" wow what gift...

I absolutely agree with the other reviews. There is nothing special and quality is mixed. The label placement as mentioned by one of the other reviewers makes these not useful as gifts.

These nuts are not very good. Some are chewy, some are burnt, and some are not spicy. Very inconsistent product. Don't waste your $$$$
