The memory card works great; due to very slow order processing it deserves 3 stars.

I recently ordered this card as an accessory for my Acer Aspire One netbook PC. The card took a little while to ship, about 8 days, but that wasn't a big deal. The card has lots of space, and the read speeds are quite impressive. I mostly use it to run and store portable software, and it does a very good job at that.

My only complaint is that when I first inserted the card into my PC it attempted to install some adware. The program was from a company called RelevantKnowledge, and they gather your information for market research purposes. Luckily my spyware software picked it up immediately,so I was able to delete it. Afterward I formatted the card, and now I'm happy as can be.

What is there to say about a memory card.. it works... is fast and does the job well... oh, and a great price...

Using this in an ASUS EEEPC. Some negative reviews of Transcend products out there, but so far these have been working fine for me.

Love the "Frustration Free" packaging option!

I purchased the 8gb version of this a few months ago, and wanted more storage. The 16gb gives me approximately 4,400 12mp photos worth of storage, and almost 4 hours of video when used with my Kodak Z1285 Camera. The 8bg gave me 2 hours, and the 2gb about 35 minutes. With the 16gb, 8gb and the 2gb card that came with my camera, I can take almost 7,000 photos without deleting any of them, or almost 7 hours of video !

The 16gb card from Transcend is great.. Any size is great, but the 16 for $30... is a real bargain for what it gives you.
