I just got this and really like it, but will not load my Iphone phone book and support on blue ant sucks. They want me to send it in for testing instead of a new one. Don't buy it!

I purchased it for my son and he liked it so much I bought one for myself. Still waiting delivery

BlueAnt Supertooth 3 is easy to set-up, very powerful receiver and microphone. Magnetic clasp is very strong, but clasp doesn't open quite far enough, but still fits over visor...still secure. Background noise reduction can be better, but callers never complain about inability to hear voice. Turn off fan when using heater/AC, and radio when on call. I do love the voice dialing feature and volume control. So glad I don't have anything hanging off my ear...not fashionable at any age.

Ok I read all the reviews here before deciding to buy it for my girlfriend and myself. It did not upload our phonebooks automatically but that is becuase our phones DO NOT SUPPORT AUTOMATIC UPLOAD, so we simply had to do it manually from our phones, follow the instructions in the manual and no problems.
It does annouce who is calling if you have the name correct in your phone book and upload it CORRECTLY!
When my girlfriend and I first tried talking to each other there was this huge echo, but only for her. It ended up being her phone had a setting that turned on the speaker phone when it went into handsfree mode, she turned off this setting, and bam , problem solved. There is hardly ever an echo, only once in a great while but even when there is it is barely noticable and the sound is still loud and I have no problem hearing her.

My voice dialing works just fine and my girlfriend has more trouble with it than I do,that is because HER PHONE does not have as good of a voice dialing capabilities as mine does. We both tried our voice dialing without the supertooth and with and had the same results.

The only thing that sometimes does not work is the answer call feature. It does not always work, so I just simply hit the green button once.

This product is great and works like it says except for some problems with the voice answering, most problems people have with this are that the
problem is actually with their PHONE but they just say it is with the supertooth.

Good hands free set for talking, but the voice recognition for dialing just doesn't work.
