We got this for Christmas for our 3 year old, and both her and her 5 year old sister really enjoy it. Heavy-duty construction. Took my husband about 2 hours to put together (taking it easy). It was missing 2 screws and a handle. One call to KidKraft and they were in the mail and here pretty quickly. I expect this to last for many years. Highly recommended.

I purchased this kitchen for my 2&3 year old girls for Christmas. They loved it the second they saw it. They played with it almost nonstop all of Christmas day and have played with it everyday since.
It took my husband a little over an hour to assemble it and he had no problems. We love the cute colors and tons of storage areas. The only thing that I would change is the corners. Since it is wood, it would have been nice if all the corners were rounded on the doors, ect.
I would recommend this kitchen to anyone.

We bought this kitchen online for my 2 little girls, 5 and 3, for Christmas. First of all, I was very pleased at the ease of instructions for putting it together. It was still a big project, but the screws were color coded, and everything was just easy. We straightened out a hex wrench to put in our drill, and it worked like a charm. Secondly, all of the pieces were quality. This kitchen is very sturdy. And it's colorful and pretty and all the things that little girls like. The plastic sink comes out, and my daughter uses it to carry her food all around the house. The only thing that was a little funny about the kitchen is that the oven door opens to the side not like a real oven, but who really cares? It opens. And my girls love it. Great buy, great price, great quality. Very pleased.

Yes, this is a long project to put together. It took us about 3 and a half hours on Christmas Eve--I knew to be prepared for this by the other reviews. My daughter has had several kitchens through the years. She is 5 1/2 and asked Santa for yet another kitchen after I got rid of her last one that she had outgrown. This one is fantastic! She has played with it everyday since Christmas. It is the perfect size and she loves to use the clock on the side to help her learn to tell time. It is large but great for a girl who's almost six!!!!

I purchased this kitchen based on the appearance and the price. I was pleasantly surprised at the construction and detail. It was a little tedious to put together, but not impossible. The Kidkraft (wood) appliances also make it complete. I would recommend this purchase.
