I love my machine, I have made so many things with it since I bought it. It is very self explanatory, easy to follow directions, and well made. I can only share good things about this machine!! Must have for passionate sewers!

I bought this machine for my adult daughter as a Christmas gift. It worked great right out of the box and was a joy to operate. While it doesn't have automatic needle threading, that part was easy. The bobbin was simple to wind. She has really enjoyed this machine.

Great machine. Lots of nice features. I took the time to read through the user manual which helped learn how to use the decorative stiches. Very sturdy and user friendly.

Machine easy to set up and use with the included CD and booklet. I understand Singer isn't what it used to be and the components are much cheaper (ie plastic) than my old non-Singer machine. That being said, I wanted a entry-level electronic machine with a few extra stitches. The only problem I've had so far is that the local, advertised Singer dealer really wasn't. They only sold generic attachments (didn't seem to know what model I was talking about) and I had to place a phone order for the extra foot I wanted that didn't come with the machine. (They tried to sell me feet starting with the most expensive one in stock that might work - not necessarily the correct one.) As usual, Amazon delivered to my door promptly. The machine didn't come in extra packing as stated but arrived in perfect condition.

I sew quite a bit & this was my first new machine purchase. I've had it about 4 months or so. This sewing machine is easy to use & switching to other stitches is a breeze. I love the auto tension. There were a couple things I was a little dissapointed with on the machine. The auto threader was difficult for me to work. The see through bobbin top, I love but it's plastic & seems like it would be easy to break. The letter embroidery is very small.
