These items are gifts and therefore I have not tested them myself. I own a different brand of steamer and am very impressed with it so I have faith that your brand will be just as good.

Delivery was prompt and I thought the price was comparable to other brands.

I bought this awhile back and just opened it up now to use.
I had the Eureka Hot Shot previously and liked it (unfortunately it fell off a counter an broke so that I wa slooking for a replacement.
No matter what I tried, I couln't get the safety cap off.
This is a piece of junk.

I already used it, but I spect more from this cleaner, the vapor cleans but it is not for a big work. when i say big work I refer to clean a wheel of a car, it takes a lot of time. But works.
