Global Distinctions 3-Piece Storage Ottoman Set with Tray Tables, Dark Brown

This is really a great item. It looks nice and it is very functional. My ten month old is able to pull herself up on it without getting hurt. The trays are great for serving and the ottomans are great for extra seating. I was going to spend triple on a real leather one but this one looks great and you can't tell that it isn't real leather.

I've been looking for a storage ottoman for a while now but didn't want to spend too much on it and this was the perfect find. For the price, its pretty sturdy and material is the same as those selling for $200+, and these come with the footstools which is a nice extra. I have a small living room so it fits well for the size of the room. I'm not too fond of the straps on the tray but I tuck them in and will probably end up cutting them off since they're not really necessary. As other reviewers said, it did have a smell caused by the polish they put on it but I aired it out overnight and the smell is gone. Amazon shipping was excellent...I ordered on a Monday night and had it by that Wednesday w/the free shipping. I am completely satisfied with it!

I was very pleased with this storage ottoman, exactly as described and what I was hoping for. It was delivered super fast. As for other reviews about it having a strange smell....it did have an oily leather smell when it came out of the box but it faded very quickly. It was not offensive at all, just a "new" item smell. It is very spacious with plenty of room to hold extra throw blankets in our living room. It also provides extra seating and a tabletop to set things on when the trays are turned over. Great multi-use item at a great price. I really did not have a need for the small inner ottomans but they would provide extra seating if needed.....they are small though so would be more appropriate for children.

I'm very happy with this purchase...you really can't beat the price. Despite what others have said, I think the quality is quite good, and it does not smell bad. The faint odor fades quick. I weigh 200+ lbs and I can sit on it and it feels solid. There was a couple of staples pulled out on the small ottoman..no biggie. I use the small ones as a footrest for my bar-height table. My only complaint? The brown is darker than the photo, it is almost black.

My family loves this ottoman. We had searched many stores, including buy out stores. This storage ottoman is an excellent price and great quality. The two little ottomans are a cute bonus. We are very happy with our purchace. The ottoman with the 2 bonus ottomans and next day shipping were still much cheaper than the buy out stores.
