Review by J. Kaehler from Cincinnati:

I recieved this product in perfect condition. I filled it with oil and fresh gas, pulled the cord slowely to make sure the engine wasn't siezed, and the unit started easily. I powered a fan for 1/2 hr. till the gas ran out. Then!!!! I tried to start it 1 week later to take voltage readings on the 220 v outlet and it would not start. the plug was soaked and all the unit would do was backfire. I tried new gas and plug to no avail. I tried to contact jacks thru e-mail and phone with no response yet. I am not happy but am glad I found this out now instead of later
when I needed the power. If Jacks is reading this please contact me with a r/a number.
