Good for the price, good for occasional moderately heavy use, and good for many years of general around the house use.
Metals are a little on the light side but not bad for the rated weight limits. Axle is not well designed to prevent unnecessary wear at a couple of points, but this is probably normal for most less expensive hand trucks. The main wheels have sleeve bearings, but they fit loosely on the axle and are likely to spin on the axle instead of the sleeve bearing. The axle rod itself fits through two tubular parts on the frame and the entire axle may spin here instead of on the sleeve bearings. The axle rod itself is nice and heavy. I've seen lighter ones that bend.
One reason I purchased this unit is because the description on Amazon states that the toe-plate is 9 inches deep. The toe-plate is 7 ½ inches deep and only 6 inches beyond the vertical frame. It is also 14 inches wide, not 15. Total width, including wheels, is about 21 ½ inches. Casters are nice heavy duty. (Note: To finish tightening the casters you have to hold the two halves of the bearing part with a pliers to prevent them from spinning, and finish up tightening the lock nut.) The adjustable height upper handle has a locking pin on only one side. Some may like this because of less hastle, but I would prefer locking on both sides. It's not likely to be any problem though, just a note.

This has come in handy many times. It is nice to make it a cart or even to make it use it as a dully. The only thing is it does take a little bit to switch from one to another. But all in all great product. Easy to assemble when it arrives. We have used it to move some heavy furinture and it works wonderfully. No problems!
