Salsa Maker

The salsa maker has so many uses. You can even crush ice. It chops meats and vegetables. Mixes and helps make tasty pastries. You can seperate egg whites and make sauces and dressings. You can whisk water away from savory salads. Its a gourmet chopper.

I got a salsa maker from the swap meet and loved it, but lost a piece in a move. My husband ordered this one from amazon and I am laughing because I had the same experience as the other reviewer that rated 1 star. It had no instructions, but because I had owned one in the past it was no big deal. This thing is good for nothing! It did not cut one tomato. And I, like the other reviewer, threw away the box so I cant return it. So strange how there can be such a difference in quality.

I don't think I got the same product as others. Its too bad too. My friend has a salsa maker she got at a home show and I LOVE it. This one I got through amazon doesn't work for me at all! It was like it was missing the instructions too and I'm not sure how its supposed to chop food with the blades they gave... I would return it but I through the box away.

This is my second purchase of this product. The first was several years ago and we literally wore it out. It makes chopping seasoning, making chicken salady and salsa, etc. the easiest thing ever. Hope this one lasts as long as the first...and if it doesn't I'll buy another. By the way after I bought the first one we loved it so much we bought one for everyone in our family.

This product so far is working as advertised. Except perhaps for the Ice breaking part. We tried that, and although it does not get damage from the ice, the ice does not really gets "processed". But that is not really important for me. It works very good and is Sturdy enough.

You can do almost everything you can do with an electric mixer. It is conveniently smaller and easier to clean.

The shipping was good also.

I really like this blender, it's great for salsa fresca and works perfectly by hand. When will there be more in stock?
