I discovered this spice when I lived in Boise. I fell in love with it - it has a fantastic flavor. I figured it was everywhere... NOT SO! I'm glad amazon.com sells it, I used to have to drive 800 miles+ back to Boise to stock up on it every year!
It works great on steaks, chicken, in soups, Chili and Italian dishes, etc. I'm lost when I run out of it!
