These taste great and are very dense. Perfect for someone very very active. They are high-calorie though, so definitely not meant for a less active person, unless it's a meal replacement.

It is defintely the cheapest when getting the variety pack. The only down fall is that the flavor of the bars is limited to those 3.

I bought this product as a small meal suppliment. I live alone and don't often cook for myself so these work out great, They do keep my energy level higher (I am in my late 60's) and ward off hunger. Just ordered more of a different flavor. Thanks for a terrific product.

Quick enough that the whole family grabs them for school or work, and they manage your apetite until your meals.

I bought the 2 pack (24 bars) of the cran apple cherry. It tasted good at first because it was new. But after a few times it got kind of dull, then just unappealing. Eating 24 bars in the same flavor got way too boring, it took me over 3 months to finish everything. I would suggest going to safeway or walgreens to pick up a single bar and try it out before you commit to 2 boxes.
