This beef jerky is my personal favorite , the flavor the texture and the mild peppery taste are wonderful. These smaller packages stay so fresh and soft you will want to get every morsel in your mouth before you throw away the package.I have had peppered beef jerky before and sometimes it can be so overpowering, this one is just right, you can savor every bite.
I have to hide it to keep everyone out of it or it just simply will disappear it is so good!

Not as good as homemade, but a good packaged pepper. Mild peppering, just enough!
