Bench Dog 10-027 Polymer Crown-Cut Crown Molding Cutting Jig

Jig is easy to use. Couple w/ an miter angle reference table and it makes crown molding a cinch. I actually am doing the whole house in crown molding and so I bought a second one in order to mount a jig on each side of the miter to avoid having to switch each time for left and right hand cuts. Now I can just rotated the miter. Jigs stay in place.

My only complaint/wish? That it came with something to fix the jig to the miter saw. Seems the hole is standard to all miters but then again . . I only have one miter saw.

This jig is a pretty neat tool. I am doing crown molding in my house and was hoping it would work for me. I am using 6" crown and this wouldn't work because of my cheap miter saw and the molding may have been slightly big for the jig. With the jig set at its highest settings for the large crown, my 10" miter wouldn't come all the way down for the left hand cuts. Anything smaller than 6" and I am sure it would work perfectly.
