i've been using this nukote tn460 for my brother mfc9700 for about 2 weeks now. though this replacement cartridge seemed very loose and didn;t feel as solid as the original, it started out ok. but after only a few days of light use, it started making cracking noises during printing and leaving ugly horizontal streak marks on each page -- and both the noise and streak mark have been getting worse! i stopped using it because i'm afraid it may do damage to the printer itself! but now i can't print anything and its "SLOWING DOWN" my small business!
i thought factory depot would do the right thing to make up for the frustration and ship me a decent tn460 replacement cartridge "ASAP" and have this defective/poor quality one picked up. (note: i already spent $10.44 for shipping and handling, i hope they would be fair enough to cover the return freight.) instead, factory depot wants me to ship it back "AT MY COST" and said i'll receive a replacement "ONLY" after they received the returned one!
but i do need to print "DAILY", so, out of desperation, i just went out and bought myself an original brother tn-460 toner from antoher source. mean while, i'm waiting for factory depot to "DO THE RIGHT THING" and send me a call tag to have this piece of junk picked up.
a very frustrating experience overall! stay tuned for an update.
